Shipping policy

At Time and Frame, we aim to deliver your orders safely and on time across Pakistan. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
  • During high order volume (sales or promotions), processing may take slightly longer.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on your location:

  • Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, etc.): 2–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Rural Areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or public holidays.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before payment.
  • Some promotions may offer free shipping on selected products or order amounts.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
You can use this tracking number to check your delivery status with our courier partner.


5. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of order placement.
We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.


6. Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time:

  • Please contact our support team
  • We will coordinate with the courier service to resolve the issue

In rare cases where an order is lost, we will offer a replacement or refund according to our policy.


7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan for most locations.
Please make sure to keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
