- The product is unused, unworn, and in original packaging
❗ Items that are used, damaged due to customer handling, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for return.

- Sale or discounted items (if mentioned as non-returnable)
- Personal use or hygiene-related products (if applicable)
- Customized or special-order items
3. Return Process
To request a return:
- Contact us via email or WhatsApp
- Share your order number and issue details
- Provide clear images of the product (if damaged or wrong item)
- Our team will review your request within 1–3 business days
Once approved, we will guide you on how to return the product.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refund will be issued via bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the mistake is from our side)
5. Exchange Policy
If you prefer, you can also request an exchange instead of a refund (subject to stock availability).

- Contact your payment provider
- Then contact us for further assistance
7. Return Shipping
